Return& Exchange

If you want to return an item, please contact us firstby sending an emal to Jenny@luzjew.com. You are required return the item within 10days once it is received.

1. Retrun or exchange:You are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference;

2.Return for refund: You are supposed to pay the shipping fee and 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your account.

 

---Quality problem OR wrong products when open the package.

If you find soe quality problems after getting the parcel, Please send an email to contact us first. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will check it at once and offer you some solutions.
